Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through MakersVibe (“MakersVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Physical Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a physical product, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at support@makersvibe.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, including software, plugins, templates, or downloadable files, all digital sales are final once access or download has been provided.

Refunds for digital products may be considered only if:

  • The file is defective or cannot be accessed
  • The product was misrepresented

Technical issues caused by user environment, incompatibility, or misuse are not grounds for a refund.

4. Software & Plugin Licenses

Unless otherwise stated, digital products and plugins are licensed for individual use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

Refund requests related to licensing issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Advertising & Paid Placements

All advertising purchases, promoted listings, and paid placements are non-refundable once the advertisement has gone live.

If an advertisement is rejected or cannot be delivered due to platform limitations, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Digital orders cannot be canceled once access has been granted.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting MakersVibe may result in account suspension and loss of access to purchased digital products.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws. Where applicable, statutory rights override this policy.
