By accessing or using MakersVibe (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
MakersVibe is a community platform that allows users to create profiles, publish listings, advertise services, and purchase products or digital downloads. MakersVibe does not facilitate transactions between marketplace users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases on the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant MakersVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute such content on the Platform.
5. Marketplace Disclaimer
MakersVibe is not a party to any agreements between users and assumes no responsibility for interactions, transactions, or disputes.
6. Purchases & Digital Products
MakersVibe may offer physical products and digital downloads, including software or plugins, for sale.
Digital products are delivered electronically and may be subject to license terms or usage restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, licenses are non-transferable and may not be redistributed.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds may be limited or unavailable once delivery has occurred, except where required by law.
7. Advertising
Paid advertising placements are subject to approval and may be removed or modified at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity
- Illegal content or services
- Harassment or abuse
- Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
MakersVibe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MakersVibe operates.
