Plugin End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of software plugins, extensions, or digital products (“Software”) provided by MakersVibe (“MakersVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

MakersVibe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your own personal or business use, subject to this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the license is valid for:

• One (1) WordPress website or installation
• One end user or business entity

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Software
• Offer the Software as part of a productized service or SaaS without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law
• Remove or alter copyright or licensing notices

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. MakersVibe retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates & Support

Unless otherwise stated, purchase of the Software may include access to updates and support for a limited period.

MakersVibe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue updates or support at any time.

5. Delivery

The Software is delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are considered final except as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for Software purchases are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds may be considered only if the Software is defective or cannot be accessed. Compatibility issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or user configuration do not constitute defects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakersVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. MakersVibe may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Compliance With Laws

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which MakersVibe operates.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MakersVibe regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
